We’re at Factory 4/67 Shearson Crescent, Mentone VIC 3194. Because we’re often out measuring and installing, please call ahead so someone is there to meet you.

- The rough height of each step or lip (a tape measure photo is perfect)

How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. If it’s urgent — for example a hospital discharge — call 0422 166 173.
Is the home assessment really free?
Yes. We visit, measure every access barrier and quote in writing with no charge and no obligation.
Can I just email photos?
Please do. Send them to info@rampsrus.com.au with a tape measure in shot and we can often give you a ballpark before we visit.
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
Our in-home service covers greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Further afield, we build to your measurements and ship Australia-wide.
Can my OT or support coordinator contact you directly?
Of course. We regularly work straight from OT reports and can talk specifications with them before quoting.
Can I pick up a ramp from the workshop?
Yes, by arrangement. Call ahead and we’ll have it ready at Factory 4/67 Shearson Crescent, Mentone.
