Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, street address, suburb, state and postcode.
• Job details — measurements, photos, mobility needs and funding type (for example NDIS or Home Care Package) that you choose to share so we can quote.
• Technical information — browser type, device, pages visited, referring pages and date/time stamps, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and schedule assessments, manufacture and installation.
• To prepare documentation for funding bodies, OTs, support coordinators or plan managers when you ask us to.
• To process payments and keep business records required by law.
• To improve our website and services.

We only use health or disability information you provide to scope and deliver your ramp or modification, and we do not use it for marketing.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with people who help us deliver the job or run our business — for example your nominated OT, support coordinator, plan manager or the NDIA, freight carriers, our email provider (Resend), our website host, and our accountants — and only as far as needed. We may disclose information where required by law.

4. Cookies, analytics and spam protection

This site uses Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it, and Google reCAPTCHA v3 to block spam on our forms. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis; its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can block cookies in your browser, although some features may not work as intended.

5. Storage and security

Enquiries are delivered to our business email account. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@rampsrus.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
