How our disability ramps are made
Every ramp starts with a free consultation. We visit, measure precisely and talk through your mobility needs, then design a ramp for the exact height, width, gradient and surface of your space.
It’s manufactured at our facility in Mentone by bonding recycled rubber into a solid, seamless form — incredibly durable, zero maintenance, and reliable for years. Standard gradients are 1:8 and 1:10 to AS1428.1, or custom to your OT’s recommendation.

How long does it take to get a disability ramp made?
From measurement to delivery, most ramps are completed within 1–2 weeks. Urgent orders can often be accommodated — tell us your timeframe.
Can I use a rubber ramp if I’m renting?
Absolutely. There’s no drilling, bolting or permanent modification, so you simply take it with you when you move.
Will a rubber ramp damage my floors?
No. It sits on top of existing flooring without adhesives or fixings and won’t scratch, stain or damage tiles, timber, carpet or vinyl.
What gradient should I choose?
For most wheelchair and walker access a 1:10 gradient is gentle and easy. A 1:8 is slightly steeper and uses less floor space. Your OT can recommend what suits you.
Are your ramps compliant with Australian disability access standards?
Yes. We manufacture to AS1428.1 gradients, or to the specific gradient your OT recommends.
Do you install ramps outside of Melbourne?
Our in-home service covers greater Melbourne. We manufacture and ship ramps Australia-wide if you can supply measurements.
Can I get my disability ramp funded through NDIS?
Yes. We’re an NDIS registered provider; if your plan includes home modifications or AT, your ramp may be fully or partly funded.
